On the first floor, there is the "Odawara Citizen Exchange Center." We will introduce examples of construction using traditional methods for stores with parking lots.

We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. This is a conventional construction method parking facility that includes a "Citizen Activity Plaza" and conference rooms on the first floor. Since it exceeds 100 meters in length, there are stairs leading to the elevator located in the central part of each floor. Additionally, due to the conventional construction method, fireproof coverings and fixed fire extinguishing equipment, which are not required for certified methods, have been installed. Part of the exterior wall is constructed with louvers! Here is an example of the construction of the MIHO MUSEUM parking garage.

We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. To ensure that cherry blossoms can be seen from the parking lot in spring, part of the exterior wall was constructed with louvers. The exterior wall is finished with colored steel plates and louvers, and extruded cement boards were installed around the columns. Lighting has been installed on the roof of the stairwell building! We will introduce an example of a gently sloped continuous inclined floor parking lot construction.

We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. This is a low-gradient continuous sloping type that utilizes the terrain along the national highway bypass. The exterior walls feature a calm two-tone color, and the stairwell is adorned with aluminum louvers. A staircase leading to the elevator shaft has been installed in the middle section of the rooftop. Introducing a case study of a self-parking lot for apartments surrounded by a security fence for safety!

We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. It is finished with a chic color fence that matches the exterior of the apartment building. The doors leading to the external stairs of the elevator shafts on each floor display the floor number. The stairs are treated with non-slip surfaces.
